Free MLM Leads - It's Easier Than You Think to Attract Exactly the Right People Online For Free

Free MLM leads may seem like a fantasy, but there are literally untold numbers of people online right now who are ideal prospects for your business. Your assignment, if you wish to accept it, is to find these people in the most time effective way possible, and to understand how to make a good first impression and then build on those relationships long term.

With the phenomena called web 2.0 or social media, there has never been a better time to meet so many people online, but how do you make it personal? How do you determine if someone is a good candidate for your product line or business opportunity? It's time to put on your thinking cap. There are many ways to identify these people.

Twitter

First, I have to put Twitter on the top of the list. It's just incredible for a fast way to identify people with interests like your own, to connect easily, and to start to 'follow' each other's messages so you can do some back and forth, sharing good information.

Use the search function at Twitter to put in keywords like wellness, home business, fitness, moms, or whatever your company is about or are words of the type of people you'd like to meet. You can then quickly visit several of their Twitter profiles, which usually have a link to their site or blog, and click to follow them. Most often they'll follow you back and you've started your connection.

Twitter is NOT a place to be all salesy, but I see that mistake a lot. It's a social site where you earn the right to pop in a promotional message now and then, but literally more like 80% of your participation should be in building relationships, sharing a link or quote or something of value, responding to what other people say, and then you can occasionally invite people to your new blog post, article, video, or mention a special you're running. People will be quick to delete you if you're just coming across as interested only in yourself.

Articles

Articles like this are a wonderful way to get new visitors to your website or blog, because they're reading something you wrote and deciding they like it enough to learn more about you and what you offer.

Build an email subscribers list

You MUST have an opt-in box on your site so you can offer an enticing freebie to get people to sign up to hear more from you. If you don't, you're doing all the work to get visitors to your site and losing the 99% who aren't ready to buy right then. That's nuts. Get that opt-in box up there, and if you aren't getting a lot of sign ups, I'd suggest changing your freebie offer to something more valuable.

Just offering a free newsletter is not enough anymore. Consider a special report in your area of expertise, an MP3 recording of an interview you did with an expert, or a free e-course or series of videos. These things can be free to produce (other than a little time) and are much more enticing than a "newsletter," and easier on you too!

Facebook

If you're on Facebook, join groups in your areas of interest. Remember it doesn't have to be all about business! You're a whole person and so are other people. Join hobby groups, local groups, a cause you believe in. You'll meet other people for free and can make some great connections, which always end up with "What do you do?" and you can see if there's a good fit there for what you offer.

It's true that you do not need to buy MLM leads to get new people to talk to, and I personally know people who used to spend literally hours a day calling cold leads, with nearly zero results. Again, nuts.

Meeting people online is a lot more fun too because people aren't hanging up on you! You can make some wonderful friends online if you approach it from a perspective of offering value first and always be open to helping someone with a suggestion, something you've learned, a link to a good resource, or feedback on something they're working on. All the free MLM leads you could ever want are right here at your fingertips!
